Registering for an offer requires entering a NIF. In the case of Temporary Unions of Companies (UTE) they do not have a NIF until they have formed the group once the contract has been awarded. To register the offer in Sobre Digital, in this case, you must enter a single NIF of any of the companies that form the UTE.
