Signing the summary of the offer is equivalent to signing all the documents that make it up. Although according to Article 140
of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, the DEUC must also be signed.
Likewise, if the tender requires originals or certified copies of the documents to be presented, these must be signed electronically and, if only the signed paper document is available, the secure digitization of the original paper document should be done (copy authentic electronic form made by a competent public servant). Otherwise, the board or the contracting body may require the corresponding amendment.
